Service Description

We are offering on-ice sessions for defensemen only. Sessions will be run by Jan Hejda, a 10-year NHL alumni with a 19-year professional hockey career plus 10+ years of coaching youth hockey players. Coach Jan will focus on defenseman-specific skills like: ✓ Skating development ✓ Speed ✓ Puck speed control ✓ Stickhandling with complicated elements (movement, interference) ✓ Shooting from short and average distances ✓ Position selection in a game situation (defense) ✓ Puck handling, hand-eye coordination ✓And many more 60 minutes on Ice session. Location : On-ice sessions will take place at American Heartland Ice Arena, IL.
